To login to the portal you will need to have available the two separate emails sent to you containing your username and temporary password. If you cannot see these emails in your email inbox, please make sure you check your junk/spam folder. 

If you cannot locate these details and require your login credentials to be reset please contact the Student Advice Centre.

Enter your details into the 'Sign in' box. Your password is case sensitive and must be typed exactly as stated. Ensure that there are no spaces before or after the username and password when you enter them.

Once you have signed in you will be presented with terms and conditions. Please read these carefully and to accept them click the ‘I agree’ button. Without accepting the terms and conditions you will not be able to sign in to the portal.

You will be requested to change your password. Please make sure you enter a new password that adheres to the following conditions:

  • Be between 8 and 16 characters in length.
  • NOT contain your name or username.
  • NOT contain more than 2 repeated characters.
  • Contain at least 3 of these character types:
    o    Lowercase characters (a-z).
    o    Uppercase characters (A-Z).
    o    Numeric characters (0-9).
    o    Special characters (;~!@ #$%^&*_\-+=`|\\(){}\[\]:;\"'<>,.?/).

You will be sent an email notification to confirm that you have changed your password.
